Fara Homidi Beauty

Fara Homidi Beauty is the slow-beauty luxury line of Afghanistan-born, San Francisco, raised makeup artist Fara Homidi, known for runway work for Miu Miu, Coperni, The Row and Loewe. The brand is design-driven clean beauty with an emphasis on planet-conscious luxury and a focus on being "complexion considerate." Crucially for deep skin, Homidi deliberately set out to bring complexion inclusivity to the luxury beauty space, citing people with complexions that have traditionally struggled to find products that felt created for them. She partnered with runway teams and leveraged models from all over the world, representing a wide range of skin tones, to create inclusive shades and textures. The launch came after Homidi noticed a need in the luxury space for clean and consciously packaged cosmetics with an inclusive shade range. A discovery gem: it's an artist-led, refillable, curated six-product line that feels editorial. Honest caveat, it's a deliberately small "fewer, better products" range, so verify the depth of complexion shades (Face Compact) rather than assuming a 40-shade spread.
